No. Not all non-muslims are Kafir. Some non-muslims were offended when the muslims called them Kafir.

Before that, I would like to apology to all non muslims if you feel offended when the muslims called you "Kafir" or not yet muslim. Because I myself, or any muslims on the earth, would certainly feel offended if the christians called us Not Yet Christian. So why the double standard?
